Manopoulos Greek Metal Roman Army Chess Set

Brought to you by the Greek world famous games maker Manopoulos. The chess board is made from metal with a unique burnished olive green finish and has pillar feet on each corner. The detail on the chess pieces, made from brass and nickel plated cast metal, is excellent. They feature the classic characters from the Ancient armies of Greece and Rome. They include the Emperor, Queen, officers and foot soldiers. The knight is a horse-mounted infantry leader and the rook exhibits classical architecture.

This is a wonderful Greek / Roman Army metal chess set presented in a wooden cabinet.
